Jayne Bayquen

Jayne serves as the Director of Visual Development, where she seamlessly blends strategy and design to create websites that are both functional and visually compelling. Her focus is on crafting digital experiences that align with business goals, engage audiences, and reflect each client’s unique identity.

Jayne’s passion for web design began in high school, building websites on platforms like Geocities and Angelfire—two relics of the early internet era. With a degree in website development and over a decade of experience since 2011, she has honed her ability to balance aesthetics with performance.

Outside of work, Jayne loves spending time with her son, as well as traveling, discovering hidden gems, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and playing the piano.

A fun fact about her: Jayne grew up in the Navy, with her dad in the service, and later joined the Air Force herself. She’s traveled the world from a young age, exploring the world through the Navy and Air Force lifestyle, but California is the place she’s always considered home.
