Based in the UK, Maybe Sailing is not your average cruise company. Maybe serves a niche market in the cruising world – true lovers of sailing who desire seeing exotic world locations under the majestic sales of a tall ship.
When Maybe Sailing added its second tall ship to its fleet, the Blue Clipper, they realized that their newest weakness was their website. Having two ships means two itineraries catering to different customer groups and sailing themes. With so much choice, the challenge of easily navigating through all that was available had suddenly become a headache and it was negatively affecting sales.
In January of 2018, Maybe Sailing approached Beyond Marketing with the request for a beautiful website, but also something to solve their biggest issue: user experience. Maybe Sailing needed a website to help generate sales for their robust itineraries on each ship.
A great web design is created long before our developer begins to code – it starts at our whiteboard in our conference room by troubleshooting and discussing the best way to help our clients generate sales. We spent hours at the whiteboards developing the solution our client would be happy about.
The end result: a website we’re proud to showcase in our portfolio and a site that has allowed for Maybe Sailing to cruise the earth with more passengers on deck!
