As Director of Web Maintenance, Laura Jane (LJ) draws from her customer service acumen and penchant for creative problem solving to help our clients meet their goals.
Background
No stranger to a fast-paced, action-packed, and consumer-centric environment, for over four years, LJ acted in a management capacity for a mid-size skydiving facility in Chester, SC. She has a background in creative writing and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Winthrop University. Outside of the office, LJ enjoys a thoroughly tiring hike, sipping hot tea, super sweaty power yoga, turning mud into mugs at the ceramics studio, and a good book.
