Modernizing a Multi-National Brand
In 2020, EBARA, a multi-national manufacturer of industrial pumps, connected with us to help modernize the website of their US division. Having recently worked with HALL Contracting and E.W. Process, this project was ideal for us as our team has learned a lot about the world of industrial pumps and underground infrastructure.
Seeing It and Understanding It
EBARA’s US headquarters is located in Rock Hill, SC, and like any local client, we insist on meeting in person so that we can get a sense of the organization’s culture, and see the size and scope of the business. Visiting our clients in person always makes the project feel more personal and thus pushes our team to do the best work possible to exceed expectations.
Aside from modernizing the look and feel of their former website, EBARA’s wish list included the development of a Distributor Locator which would allow their end-users to find the closest resource to order EBARA pumps. Additionally, a robust product page with a filter system allowing the end-user to quickly identify products amidst EBARA’s vast product offering. Finally, support pages highlighting white papers, webinars, and training videos, an events calendar and a news page.
Collaborating from Rock Hill to Japan
When working with a multi-national company, there’s a lot of communication between our team, EBARA’s local marketing team, and the C-Suite at the head office in Japan. If we’re proud of anything, it’s been our ability to maintain a high level of communication between the various stakeholders to see this project come to completion on time. We’re very proud of the final product as is the client.
